This is a business to business (B2B) website shop - with nett trade prices

When entering your delivery address please appreciate that our delivery courier must obtain a signature for the parcel/s.  Parcels could be left with a neighbour and the neighbour's signature would be obtained.


A delivery receipt is required.  If there is no response at the delivery address (or a neighbouring property), a second delivery attempt would be made the next working day.  If the second attempt also fails, the parcel/s could be collected from the nearest depot.  If after 3 working days the parcel/s have still not been collected, the parcel/s will be returned to us.  The delivery/return carriage costs are chargeable.   If the goods are still required, the relevant re-delivery costs would also be charged - identical and in addition to the original delivery cost.

Our aim is to arrange delivery of your order as quickly as is reasonably possible.  When placing your order, you may specify a separate delivery address and you could use the 'Your notice to us' box to advise us of your delivery preferences and advice.  If specifically requested on the order, and completely at the customers own risk, a customer could ask for delivery to a 'safe place' if no response - eg: "leave in porch" or "leave in garden shed".

Unless a guaranteed delivery date or time is booked and paid for at the time of ordering, no guaranteed delivery date is provided or implied by us.  Orders remain valid and binding after initial despatch and we (the company) will not be held responsible for any delay or loss a customer may suffer as a result of a delay or failure to deliver due to any cause or condition which is beyond our reasonable control.



Small orders for just a few spares (eg: Rubber Ferrules, Floor Plate, fixings and Keys) can be posted in a 'Jiffy' bag via Royal Mail.

Customers choosing the Royal Mail standard postage service, do so on the understanding that we accept no responsibility for missing or lost 'Jiffy' bags or their contents.  It is a low cost alternative to our normal courier service and we offer it - at purchaser's own risk.

Orders too large for a '£3.00 Jiffy bag' will be automatically upgraded to our standard courier parcel delivery cost.

Standard Great Britain (mainland) parcel delivery is maximum of - £9.50 (per order)

Standard UK (NI, IoW. Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands), IoM and Channel Islands parcel delivery - from £15.00

Standard Ireland and other European Union parcel delivery - from £30.00

Standard Worldwide parcel delivery from - £45.00.*If higher than the 'from' price, the actual price will be advised, and confirmation obtained from our customers - before despatch.


This is a business to business (B2B) website shop and the trade prices listed are exclusive of VAT.  VAT will be added to all UK Sterling prices and carriage costs in accordance with current regulations.

A UK VAT invoice will be issued to all customers.

VAT will not be charged to non European Union customers in accordance with current regulations.



We use the supplied information to contact you only about your order and delivery.


Stock items are usually despatched within a few working days of receipt of order and payment.  We will contact you regarding any out of stock item or if there is an unusual delay in despatching the goods.


Sales are to trade account holders and payment with order B2B customers.

Pro-forma invoices are available upon request.


Existing credit account customers via cheque or BACS payment at the end of the month following the month of invoice.

Cheque or credit/debit card payment with order.


All specifications, sizes, colours and descriptions are considered by the manufacturer to be reasonably accurate and we cannot be held liable for slight discrepancies.


Goods are supplied with a minimum 12 month guarantee - if faulty. 

If you are unsure about the suitability of any product please telephone and discuss it with us in advance.  The delivery costs cannot be refunded if the goods are returned as incorrectly ordered, unsuitable or 'no longer required'.  The purchaser is responsible for return delivery costs and a credit note or discretionary refund will be provided on undamaged goods in original packaging.  A re-stocking charge may apply.

All goods should be inspected prior to signing for delivery.  If the goods are delivered damaged, please refuse delivery and ask the delivery driver to return them to us.

If the goods are faulty, or have any missing fixings, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a fault develops within 12 months of purchase, please contact us.
